The goods

Natural dietary supplements and botanical formulas in tablet form, supplied as daily nutritional support and wellness products, without constituting pharmaceutical medicinal products. The product page lists the composition, quantity, and format of the preparation. The photos depict the product; the box may feature minor printing differences.

Ordering and contract

The order is registered upon completion at checkout. We send you an email confirmation. The contract becomes effective once the parcel is handed over to the courier. If stock runs out or details cannot be verified, we cancel the order and immediately refund any payment.

Prices and payment

All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment. Payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. In case of an obvious pricing error, we will notify you before dispatch for approval or cancellation.

Delivery

Shipping methods, costs, and delivery times are listed on the Delivery and Payment page. Responsibility for the products transfers to you upon delivery receipt.

Product images and colours

Photos show the actual products we ship. Screen colors are affected by monitor settings, browser, and room lighting. A slight variation in color is not a defect or a ground for a free return or compensation. Dimensions, ingredients, and contents are listed on each product page.

Transfer of risk

We remain responsible for the products until the courier delivers them to you or to the authorized recipient at your address. From that point, you assume responsibility for loss or damage. In case of visible transit damage, note it with the courier and notify us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You have the right to return products within 30 days of receipt, as outlined on the Returns page. Dranoxil guarantees that the tablets maintain their nominal purity and quality until the expiration date stated on the packaging, provided they are stored in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight according to the instructions.

• Products manufactured to specific consumer specifications or clearly personalized.
• Products liable to deteriorate or with a short shelf life.
• Sealed dietary supplements unsealed after delivery and unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
• Goods which, after delivery, by their nature are inseparably mixed with other items.
• Printed or digital accompanying material whose protective film has been removed after receipt.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Greek law, the total legal liability of the company is strictly limited to the actual amount paid by the buyer for the purchase of the specific order or to the amount of 100 euros. Nothing in this text limits or excludes liability that cannot be restricted under applicable law.

Age and use

Placing an order requires you to be at least 18 years of age. Take products strictly according to the label. They do not replace medical instructions.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and relevant European Union directives, with exclusive jurisdiction resting with the competent courts of Athens. In the event that a dispute remains unresolved after contacting us, jurisdiction lies with the courts at our registered office location. This applies without affecting your statutory consumer rights in your place of residence.
