Delivery methods

Doorstep delivery

Delivery to your home or work address with a tracking number: street, floor, city, and postal code. Parcels over €45 require a physical signature.

Pickup point

Pickup from a local service point or automated locker in your area. The parcel stays in the locker for 7 days before returning to the warehouse.

Day calculations are based on business days from the dispatch date. Deliveries to remote locations take 1-2 additional days.

Enjoy free shipping on orders over €45 to Greece. For lower amounts, standard shipping costs €3.50.
The parcel arrives within 2-5 business days after leaving the pharmacy.
We prepare and dispatch same day for orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays.
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. The product must be sealed in its original box.

Order processing

We ship orders placed before 14:00 on a business day within the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff or over the weekend leave on the next business day. Upon completion, you receive an email with the order number.

Products are placed in reinforced shockproof packaging with an internal thermal insulation lining, while each bottle features a factory tamper-evident seal and an airtight safety cap to prevent degradation from moisture or temperature changes.

Tracking your parcel

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier company, an automated email and SMS message are sent with the tracking number for continuous tracking of the shipment.

Lost or delayed parcel

If the package has had no tracking updates for 5 business days, send your order code to [email protected]. We will immediately request a trace from the courier service. Within 10 business days of your request, we will send a replacement or refund your payment, according to your preference.

Damaged on arrival

In case of visible damage to the outer packaging upon arrival, refuse delivery or request an immediate damage report from the courier. Notify customer service within 48 hours by sending photos of the parcel for an immediate, free replacement shipment.

Payment methods

Cash on delivery

You pay the amount in cash to the courier when receiving the package. No deposit is required.

Bank transfer

You transfer the amount to our corporate bank account. The account number is displayed on the screen and in the confirmation email. We pack and dispatch the product once the deposit appears, usually within one business day.

Payment methods are: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We never ask for card numbers or banking codes over the phone or by email.

Delivery outside Greece

We ship orders to specific countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout before you pay. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
