Return requests must be submitted strictly within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be completely intact, in their original factory packaging, with the safety seal undamaged and without any wear to the protective cap of the tablets.
Return process
- Submit a written request to the support email address, stating the order number.
- Receive the unique return authorization number and the exact address of the central warehouse.
- Place the sealed products in the original protective shipping packaging.
- Deposit of the refund amount into the declared bank account within 3-10 business days following the successful completion of the quality check.
Who pays return shipping
If the box is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover shipping. We send you a shipping label or arrange a courier pickup. If you return the product for personal reasons, you pay for shipping. We do not charge any additional fees.
Refund timing and method
We issue the refund within 3 business days of product inspection. If you paid cash on delivery, we deposit the amount into the bank account you provide. If you paid by bank transfer, the money returns to the same account. The bank usually credits the amount within 1 to 5 business days.

Exchanges
To receive a different product or different packaging, return the first one and place a new order. We refund the original product as soon as it arrives at our facility. If the exchange is due to our error, we ship the new order free of charge.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order free of charge before the parcel departs. Send an email to [email protected] with your order number. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the return policy applies.
